Our mentorship programme helps our staff understand our culture and understand their unique identity within our firm.
It helps align with our common values and beliefs. Each mentor is carefully selected to be matched with each new member of staff. It is quite common that our people have multiple mentors throughout their careers, and we encourage this.

When you join the firm, you are usually assigned a first mentor, which helps you establish a good foundation for understanding our community. We encourage employees to seek numerous mentors to help them advance in their career.

The programme runs for 10 weeks over the summer of every year, starting on the first working day of July and typically ending in mid-September.
Our selection process is competitive. We look for candidates that have relevant professional experience and training stemming from a broad range of backgrounds.
